SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Kam Po Jewellery Co. offers free shipping on the website, we ship internationally to most of the countries with no minimum order sizes. Every order is sent free of charge. 

 

Once the order is received, it will be posted within 2 business day (payment must be received prior to shipping). 

 

When you order from our website in Hong Kong, you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days. Please allow longer for country areas. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holiday.

 

We use registered airmail for international deliveries. Depending on your location please allow between 7-15 business days for your order to arrive. If no one is home for delivery, local postal guidelines apply. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 

You will be responsible for any taxes or duties incurred by your country, please check your local customs procedures for any taxes or duties that may apply. All prices are quoted in Hong Kong dollars, for international customers your credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically. 

Return & Exchange Policy

If, for whatever reason, you're not happy with your purchase just send back your order via Registered Post within 7 days, in it’s original packaging and with any tags still attached, for a full refund. 

Please note, there can be no return or exchange on earrings due to health regulations.

Please follow the instructions below to return or exchange your purchase:

  • Email returns to info.kampojewellery@gmail.com with your order number and item that you wish to return.

  • Place your item(s) unused, in the original packaging and with all labels attached.  Ensure that you enclose your original invoice or purchase receipt.

  • Secure with packing tape and address to the address we will supply you.  Take the package to your nearest post office and return it to us by REGISTERED POST ONLY.  If an item is not sent via this method, we cannot track the item and if it goes missing, we regret that we cannot provide a refund.

  • Once we have received the goods, we will then refund the card from which the original payment was made.

  • Please note, depending on your credit card provider, this can take between 4 and 10 working days to clear.

  • We regret that if your item(s) do not arrive in the original condition, with the original packaging and tags attached, we may not be able to honour your refund.  We hope you understand.
